[5/09/13]   It's been a while, eh? I've got lots of stuff to update you with, though. First, I've been busy working on a new illustrative style, sort of leaning towards a manga edge. Here's the first illustration:
It's based on a scene from Chapter 13 of Shadows of Penumbra, The Repository, where Diane wonders if she's still human when she finds she has no blood in Penumbra!
Also, here's a preview of the bookmarks that will be featured in a summer giveaway! I'm not sure of the when or where yet, but I hope to figure it out soon.



Finally, the cover for book 2 is complete! Although I've yet to officially release it, the date should show up soon. Keep an eye out!

      [3/23/13]   I've started a new author's blog exclusive to author-related content on Blogger. The blog will have the latest updates on my writing and the series, along with book and movie reviews. I will still continue to run my more social blog, Story Addict, which will be updated more frequently. I have also put the Apocalypse Exalted Facebook page on hiatus since it's one too many platforms for me to juggle at the moment. Right now, blogging, Twitter, and Tumblr will be my main platforms.

      [2/25/13]   I'm currently working on "Her Pride," a short 1st POV retelling of Shadows of Penumbra from Diane's perspective of how she became an Anarchist. You can find bits of the in-progress on my Tumblr account. I've also been inspired to try a bit of typography and play with bits from the short. The typography will be uploaded to Tumblr and also Facebook. Oh, and, can't forget the new portrait of Diane!

      [1/29/13]   I've gone and drawn another portrait, this time of Caelan. There's two versions, one I intended and one that was ... sort of an accident, but I still think it's cool, so I kept it. The second one is the "Penumbra" version. Enjoy!

      [1/24/13]   To match the new theme of the website, I've changed my illustration style a bit to portraits. Here's a look at a portrait of Andy, a secondary character from SHADOWS OF PENUMBRA.

      [1/13/13]   Here's a first look at the graphic novel version of Shadows of Penubra! Although the entire novel will not be converted to graphic format, I may be illustrating select scenes from some of the chapters.
